Every analysis ends in a report an expert can work with: what happened, what was still readable, and what a recovery costs.

Damage description with photographs of the medium
Technical assessment of the cause
Quotation, valid for thirty days
Certificate of destruction if the medium need not be returned

How it runs

You or your expert brings in the drive, or has it collected. Within two working days the analysis report is ready. Only then do you decide whether to proceed.

Cost

The analysis is free. If nothing is recovered, you pay nothing. For claim files we work with fixed rates per medium type, so the insurer knows in advance where they stand.
